Terms of Service Last updated: April 24, 2026 1. About Blind Hand Blind Hand is a cooperative deduction card game inspired by Hanabi. Players can see every hand except their own. Using only legal clues from teammates, each player must figure out what cards they hold and play them in the correct order. The team wins together or fails together. 2. Who Can Use Blind Hand Blind Hand is intended for general audiences aged 4 and older. By downloading the app, you agree to use it in accordance with these Terms. 3. Permitted Uses - Play Blind Hand cooperatively with friends and family - Access included game modes and any unlocked difficulty levels - Use the app on your personal Apple devices 4. Prohibited Uses - Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with the app - Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app - Using the app in any way that violates applicable law - Distributing, reselling, or sublicensing the app or its content 5. In-App Purchases Blind Hand may offer optional one-time purchases or premium content processed through Apple's App Store (StoreKit 2). Current pricing is displayed within the app and on the App Store product page. Purchases are processed by Apple. No refunds are issued except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy. The Restore Purchases feature is available to reactivate purchases on a new device. 6. Disclaimer of Warranties Blind Hand is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. 7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loud Unicorn LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of Blind Hand shall not exceed the amount you paid to Loud Unicorn LLC in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $10.00 USD, whichever is greater. 8. Intellectual Property Blind Hand, the Blind Hand name, logo, and all associated content are owned by Loud Unicorn LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Blind Hand on your personal Apple devices. 9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. 10.
