This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding your information. We are committed to transparency and honest data practices. 2. Data We Collect Game Data: When you use Bride Bucks, we store game information on your device, including player names, game scores, winner/loser selections, and reward choices you configure as the MOH (Maid of Honor). This data remains on your device by default and is not sent to our servers unless you explicitly enable cloud saving. Account and Subscription Data: If you purchase premium features or subscribe to unlock additional rewards, Apple App Store processes your payment and account information. We receive only a record that a purchase occurred and its status (active, expired, or refunded). We do not store your payment method, billing address, or Apple ID. Analytics: We use standard iOS analytics frameworks to measure app usage patterns, including session duration, features accessed, and crash reports. This data is associated with a random device identifier, not your personal identity. We use this information solely to improve app stability and feature prioritization. iCloud Sync (Optional): If you enable cloud saving, your game data—player names, scores, and reward configurations—is backed up to your iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit framework. Apple encrypts this data in transit and at rest. We do not have access to this encrypted backup. Device Information: We automatically receive your device type, iOS version, and app version for compatibility and crash diagnostics. This is standard OS-level telemetry and helps us ensure Bride Bucks works on your device. 3. Data We Do Not Collect We do not collect your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or any personal identifiers beyond what you voluntarily enter as player names within games. We do not use third-party ad networks or share data with advertisers. We do not sell or license any of your data. 4. Data Retention Game data stored on your device persists until you delete it or uninstall the app. If you enable cloud saving, data is retained in your iCloud account until you delete it or disable syncing. Analytics data is retained for up to 90 days before automatic deletion. 5. Third-Party Services Bride Bucks uses only Apple frameworks: the App Store for payments, CloudKit for optional cloud storage, and iOS analytics for performance monitoring. We do not use Facebook, Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, or other third-party SDKs. If you purchase in-app content, Apple processes that transaction under their privacy policy (www.apple.com/privacy). 6. Security We implement standard security practices for any data transmitted to our servers (analytics, purchase status). Game data remains on your device and is encrypted by iOS's built-in security. Cloud data is encrypted by Apple's CloudKit. However, no security system is 100% secure, and you use the app at your own risk. 7. Your Rights and Choices You may delete all game data from your device at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing app data in Settings. You may disable cloud saving to prevent data from being backed up to iCloud. You may opt out of analytics by disabling "Share iPhone Analytics" in Settings > Privacy > Analytics. You are not required to provide any personal information to use Bride Bucks. 8. Children Bride Bucks does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we become aware of data collected from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately. Parents who believe their child has provided information to us should contact us at the address below. 9. Changes to This Policy We may update this policy occasionally to reflect changes in our practices. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.
