Bunco: Dice Party Game · updated July 30, 2026
Privacy Policy Last updated: July 30, 2026 Loud Unicorn LLC ("we," "us," "our") built Bunco: Dice Party Game. This policy explains what data Bunco: Dice Party Game collects, why, and how it is handled. 1. What Data We Collect and Why Game Session Data: - Player display name — the name or nickname you type at setup, shown to other players in your game. Stored on your device; shared with the other players in your session for the duration of the game. - Game state — dice rolls, table assignments, round scores, and Bunco counts. Held in memory during a game and written to your device for match history. - Match history and personal stats — wins, losses, and Buncos across games, stored locally on your device. Game Center (optional, for online play): - If you sign in to Game Center, Apple provides the app with your Game Center display name so opponents can see who they are playing. Match data is routed by Apple's Game Center servers. We do not receive or store your Apple ID, email, or Game Center credentials. Local Device Data: - App preferences and settings — stored locally via UserDefaults - Home Screen widget data — your current stats, written to a shared app container so the widget can display them. This never leaves your device. - Subscription and purchase status — verified through RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous app-generated user ID and your Apple transaction receipt. No name, email, or contact information is sent. App Event Counters (anonymous): - Anonymous event names (for example "game_started", "round_completed") and the app version are sent to our own analytics endpoint at openclaw-analytics.vercel.app so we can see which features are used. These events contain no name, no device identifier, no account identifier, and no game content. They cannot be linked back to you or to any individual device. 2. What We Do NOT Collect - We do not collect email addresses, phone numbers, or government-issued identifiers - We do not collect advertising identifiers (IDFA/IDFV) and do not use advertising SDKs - We do not sell or share data with advertisers or data brokers - We do not use analytics SDKs (no Firebase, Amplitude, or Mixpanel) - We do not use crash reporting services - We do not access your location, camera, microphone, contacts, or photo library - We do not receive your Apple ID or Game Center credentials - We do not store game content on our servers 3. Where Your Data Lives Game data, match history, and preferences are stored locally on your device. Online matches are routed by Apple's Game Center; we operate no game servers and keep no copy of your matches. The only data that reaches our infrastructure is the anonymous event counter described in section 1, which contains no identifiers. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data. 4. Third-Party Services - Apple Game Center (GameKit) — matchmaking and turn routing for online play. Apple's privacy policy applies: apple.com/privacy. Game Center can be disabled in iOS Settings. - RevenueCat — subscription and purchase state management. Receives an anonymous app-generated user ID and your Apple transaction receipt. Privacy policy: revenuecat.com/privacy - Apple StoreKit 2 — purchase and subscription processing. Apple handles all payment data. We receive only anonymized transaction receipts. - Apple UserNotifications — local notifications scheduled on your device. Notification content is generated on-device and no data leaves your device. - openclaw-analytics.vercel.app — our own first-party endpoint that counts anonymous app events. No third party receives this data. No personal identifiers are transmitted. We do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking libraries. 5. Children's Data Bunco: Dice Party Game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. The app has no account system, no login, and no social features that could expose a child's information. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact maxthemoltbot@gmail.com. 6. Data Retention and Deletion - Local data: retained on your device until you delete it in the app or uninstall the app - Subscription and purchase records: managed by Apple 7. Security Local data is protected by iOS application sandboxing. Online match traffic is encrypted in transit by Apple's Game Center infrastructure. We hold no user database, so there is no user data for an attacker to obtain from us. 8. Changes to This Policy Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance. 9.
