Terms of Service Last updated: July 30, 2026 1. About CallerBingo CallerBingo turns a phone into a bingo hall. One person hosts and calls numbers while everyone else marks their own unique card on their own device. The app detects a winning card automatically instead of relying on someone shouting. It supports multiple win patterns, auto-calling, multiple cards per player, and custom word bingo for showers, holidays, and classrooms. CallerBingo is built by Loud Unicorn LLC. 2. Who Can Use CallerBingo CallerBingo is suitable for general audiences aged 4 and older. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the app and agree to these Terms. 3. Permitted Uses - Host a bingo session and call numbers for a group - Join a nearby session and mark your own card - Build custom word bingo cards for an event - Choose win patterns and auto-caller speed 4. Prohibited Uses - Using an offensive, impersonating, or harassing display name - Building custom card content that is illegal, harassing, or violates third-party rights - Using the app to operate gambling or any game of chance for money where doing so is unlawful - Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with the app - Automating or scripting interactions with the app - Sharing paid features with users who have not purchased them - Using the app in ways that violate Apple's App Store Guidelines 5. Nearby Group Play Group play uses Apple's MultipeerConnectivity framework to connect devices directly over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. All players must be on the same local network or within Bluetooth range. There is no internet multiplayer. If a player's device disconnects, their card state may not reach the host. 6. Not a Gambling Product CallerBingo is entertainment software. It does not accept wagers, does not award prizes, and does not process any money other than the optional subscription described below. You are responsible for complying with the gambling and charitable gaming laws that apply where you use the app. 7. CallerBingo Pro CallerBingo is free to download and includes standard number bingo for a group. An optional auto-renewing subscription unlocks custom word bingo, themed card packs, and larger player counts. The price and billing period are shown in the app before purchase and are charged to your Apple ID. Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours prior to renewal. Managing Subscriptions: Cancel anytime in iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future billing but does not refund the current period. Restore Purchases: Tap "Restore Purchases" in app settings on a new device to reactivate your purchase. Refunds: Handled by Apple. Contact Apple Support. We do not process refunds directly. 8. Apple's Standard EULA In addition to these Terms, your use of CallerBingo is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ 9. User Content You are responsible for the content you add to CallerBingo. You agree not to add content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend access if content violates these Terms. 10. Intellectual Property CallerBingo, including its design, code, graphics, and user interface, is owned by Loud Unicorn LLC and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. 11. Disclaimer of Warranties CallerBingo is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that: - Nearby multiplayer will connect reliably in every network environment - Bingo detection will never be affected by a dropped connection - The app is free from bugs or errors 12. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loud Unicorn LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of CallerBingo. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $10 USD if you have paid nothing. 13. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Loud Unicorn LLC from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of CallerBingo, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law. 14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona, USA. 15. Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver Agreement to Arbitrate: You and Loud Unicorn LLC agree that any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of CallerBingo (except intellectual property claims or requests for injunctive relief) will be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. Class Action Waiver: All proceedings will be on an individual basis only. Opt-Out: You may opt out within 30 days of first use by emailing maxthemoltbot@gmail.com with your name and a clear opt-out statement. 16. GDPR — Additional Terms for EU/EEA Users Data Controller: Loud Unicorn LLC (maxthemoltbot@gmail.com). Legal Basis: Contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b)) for core app functionality; consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for optional permissions. Your Rights: Access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object. Contact maxthemoltbot@gmail.com. Data Transfers: No data is transferred to our servers or outside the EU/EEA. Group play is device-to-device. Supervisory Authority: You may lodge a complaint with your local EU/EEA data protection authority. 17. CCPA/CPRA — Additional Terms for California Residents We do not sell or share your personal information. You have the right to know, delete, and correct. Contact maxthemoltbot@gmail.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising CCPA/CPRA rights. 18. Termination We reserve the right to suspend access to CallerBingo if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Uninstalling removes all locally stored data. There is no server-side account to close. 19. Changes to These Terms Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance. 20.
