Last updated: 2026-08-05 CASINOGATE TERMS OF USE 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading, installing, or using CasinoGate ("App"), you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Your use of the App constitutes binding acceptance. 2. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the App solely for your own entertainment. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or use the App for any commercial purpose or on behalf of others. 3. COINS AND PURCHASES Coins are consumable digital currency with no real-world value. All coin pack purchases ($1.99, $4.99, $9.99) are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. Unused coins expire after 12 months of inactivity or termination of your account. Coins cannot be transferred, traded, or redeemed for cash. 4. SUBSCRIPTIONS Weekly and monthly subscriptions auto-renew at your elected interval unless cancelled in your App Store account settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Subscription prices and benefits are clearly displayed before purchase. Refunds for subscriptions are handled exclusively through the App Store. Weekly subscriptions are offered as-is; we recommend the monthly plan for better value and to avoid frequent charges. By subscribing, you acknowledge the renewal terms. 5. PROHIBITED USES You may not: cheat, hack, or exploit the App; use bots or automated tools; create fake accounts; resell or share accounts; reverse-engineer or access source code; or use the App to violate any law. Violation results in account termination without refund. 6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE ACCESS. 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY DOES NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS. 8. CHANGES TO TERMS We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. 9. TERMINATION We may terminate your account for violation of these terms.
