DATA WE COLLECT VintageCam collects minimal data. Specifically: Camera and Photo Library Access: The App requires permission to access your device's camera and photo library to enable real-time effects and allow you to export filtered images and videos to your camera roll. These permissions are handled directly by iOS. We do not store, transmit, or have access to your photos, videos, or any content you process through the App unless you explicitly choose to export it. Device Information: Apple automatically collects basic device information (device model, iOS version, app version, crash logs) through the App Store. We receive anonymized crash and error reports to identify and fix technical issues. This information cannot be used to identify you. Purchase Data: Your one-time purchase is processed through Apple's App Store. We do not store payment information or billing details. Apple handles all payment processing and provides us only with confirmation that a purchase was made. Usage Analytics: We do not collect analytics on how you use the App or what effects you apply. The App includes no tracking, no advertisements, and no behavioral monitoring. DATA STORAGE AND TRANSMISSION All photo and video processing happens on your device. Filtered images and videos are created locally and not transmitted to our servers unless you choose to export them via your device's native sharing features (e.g., iCloud, AirDrop, email). We have no servers that store your media. The App does not sync data across devices, does not create user accounts, and does not require login. Each device operates independently. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES VintageCam uses only standard Apple frameworks (Camera, Photos, AVFoundation). We do not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. No data is shared with third parties beyond Apple's standard App Store reporting. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY This App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. YOUR RIGHTS You control your data. You can: - Deny camera or photo library permissions at any time in iOS Settings - Delete the App and all its data from your device - Disable crash reporting in iOS Settings if desired Because we do not collect personal data tied to your identity, there is no user data to access, correct, or delete. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY We may update this policy if our data practices change. We will post updates here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
