Terms of Service Last updated: April 24, 2026 1. About Close Call Close Call is a trivia guessing and betting party game for 2 or more players. Each round, a question with a numeric or factual answer is displayed. All players submit their guesses and wager on their own confidence. The player whose answer is closest to correct wins the pot. The game rewards careful reasoning over lucky knowledge. 2. Who Can Use Close Call Close Call is intended for general audiences aged 4 and older. By downloading the app, you agree to use it in accordance with these Terms. 3. Permitted Uses - Play Close Call with friends and family - Access included question packs and any unlocked content - Use the app on your personal Apple devices 4. Prohibited Uses - Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with the app - Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app - Using the app in any way that violates applicable law - Distributing, reselling, or sublicensing the app or its content 5. Content Disclaimer All trivia questions and answers in Close Call are provided for entertainment purposes only. Loud Unicorn LLC makes no representations about the accuracy or completeness of trivia content. 6. In-App Purchases Close Call may offer optional one-time purchases or premium content processed through Apple's App Store (StoreKit 2). Current pricing is displayed within the app and on the App Store product page. Purchases are processed by Apple. No refunds are issued except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy. The Restore Purchases feature is available to reactivate purchases on a new device. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties Close Call is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. 8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loud Unicorn LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of Close Call shall not exceed the amount you paid to Loud Unicorn LLC in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $10.00 USD, whichever is greater. 9. Intellectual Property Close Call, the Close Call name, logo, and all associated content are owned by Loud Unicorn LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Close Call on your personal Apple devices. 10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. 11.
