Last updated: 2026-08-05 TERMS OF USE FOR CONFESS THE BRIDE By downloading, installing, or using the Confess the Bride mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS You accept these terms by accessing or using Confess the Bride. We may update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use Confess the Bride on your device for your own private enjoyment and entertainment. You may not sublicense, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of the application or any copy of it without our prior written consent. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to: (a) modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code of the application; (b) remove or obscure any proprietary notices or labels; (c) use the application for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party; (d) use the application in any way that violates applicable law or encourages illegal activity; (e) harass, abuse, or harm any other user; (f) use the application on more than one device simultaneously under the same account without authorization; or (g) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the application or its systems. CONTENT AND AGE RATING Confess the Bride is rated 17+ and contains adult-themed content including references to alcohol and mature situations. You represent that you are at least 17 years old and legally able to use the application in your jurisdiction. We are not responsible for access by minors. PURCHASES AND REFUNDS Purchases of content packs and premium features are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. All purchases are final. If you have a dispute regarding a purchase, you may contact us at hello@loudunicorn.com with a description of the issue. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES Confess the Bride is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Confess the Bride, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
