If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS Your use of the App constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use in their entirety. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, providing notice within the App. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the App on your personal iOS device for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not sell, transfer, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the App or any of its content. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code or algorithms from the App. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to: Use the App for any commercial, business, or revenue-generating purpose without our written permission. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or associated systems. Transmit any content that is hateful, harassing, defamatory, or illegal. Use the App to infringe upon intellectual property rights of others. Attempt to defraud or deceive others through use of the App. Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices. Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract content from the App. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription through your iOS device's Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions or within the App. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. Refunds are governed by Apple's App Store policies. All prices are in USD and subject to change with notice. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The App is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind. We make no warranty that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for any particular purpose. Demotivational content is for entertainment purposes only. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, regardless of cause and whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or other legal theory. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the past twelve months. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All App content, including but not limited to quotes, graphics, and design, is owned by or licensed to us. Your license is limited to personal use only. You retain ownership of any content you create, but grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it for App improvement. CHANGES TO APP OR TERMS We may modify or discontinue the App or any features at any time. These terms may change at any time. We are not liable for any such changes or discontinuation.
