Terms of Service Last updated: July 30, 2026 1. About Dominoes: Mexican Train Dominoes: Mexican Train is a digital dominoes app covering Block, Draw, Mexican Train, and Chicken Foot. It includes solo play against app-controlled opponents, online play through Game Center, a daily challenge with streak tracking, configurable house rules including Capicu scoring, and multiple tile and table themes. Dominoes: Mexican Train is built by Loud Unicorn LLC. 2. Who Can Use Dominoes: Mexican Train Dominoes: Mexican Train is suitable for general audiences aged 4 and older. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the app and agree to these Terms. 3. Permitted Uses - Play Block, Draw, Mexican Train, and Chicken Foot - Play solo against app-controlled opponents or online with friends - Configure house rules and scoring variants - Complete the daily challenge and build a streak - Track your stats and personal records 4. Prohibited Uses - Using an offensive, impersonating, or harassing display name - Harassing other players in an online game - Exploiting bugs to manipulate scores, streaks, or match outcomes - Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with the app - Automating or scripting interactions with the app - Sharing paid features with users who have not purchased them - Using the app in ways that violate Apple's App Store Guidelines 5. Online Play Online games are routed through Apple Game Center. We do not operate game servers and do not store your matches. Match availability depends on Apple's Game Center service and on the network conditions of every player. A player leaving mid-game may end the game for everyone. 6. Dominoes Pro Dominoes: Mexican Train is free to download and includes Block and Draw dominoes. An optional purchase unlocks Mexican Train and Chicken Foot, larger player counts, additional themes, and extended stats. Pricing is shown in the app before purchase and is charged through your Apple ID. Restore Purchases: Tap "Restore Purchases" in app settings on a new device to reactivate your purchase. Refunds: Handled by Apple. Contact Apple Support. We do not process refunds directly. 7. Apple's Standard EULA In addition to these Terms, your use of Dominoes: Mexican Train is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ 8. User Content You are responsible for the content you add to Dominoes: Mexican Train. You agree not to add content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend access if content violates these Terms. 9. Intellectual Property Dominoes: Mexican Train, including its design, code, graphics, and user interface, is owned by Loud Unicorn LLC and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. 10. Disclaimer of Warranties Dominoes: Mexican Train is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that: - Online matchmaking will always find players or complete without interruption - Game Center will be available - Stats, streaks, or local data will be preserved indefinitely - The app is free from bugs or errors 11. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loud Unicorn LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of Dominoes: Mexican Train. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $10 USD if you have paid nothing. 12. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Loud Unicorn LLC from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of Dominoes: Mexican Train, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law. 13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona, USA. 14. Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver Agreement to Arbitrate: You and Loud Unicorn LLC agree that any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of Dominoes: Mexican Train (except intellectual property claims or requests for injunctive relief) will be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. Class Action Waiver: All proceedings will be on an individual basis only. Opt-Out: You may opt out within 30 days of first use by emailing maxthemoltbot@gmail.com with your name and a clear opt-out statement. 15. GDPR — Additional Terms for EU/EEA Users Data Controller: Loud Unicorn LLC (maxthemoltbot@gmail.com). Legal Basis: Contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b)) for core app functionality; consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for optional permissions. Your Rights: Access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object. Contact maxthemoltbot@gmail.com. Data Transfers: Game Center traffic is handled by Apple under its own GDPR commitments. RevenueCat processes purchase receipts under Standard Contractual Clauses. Anonymous event counters contain no personal data. Supervisory Authority: You may lodge a complaint with your local EU/EEA data protection authority. 16. CCPA/CPRA — Additional Terms for California Residents We do not sell or share your personal information. You have the right to know, delete, and correct. Contact maxthemoltbot@gmail.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising CCPA/CPRA rights. 17. Termination We reserve the right to suspend access to Dominoes: Mexican Train if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Uninstalling removes all locally stored data, stats, and streaks. Game Center data is managed by Apple. 18. Changes to These Terms Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance. 19.
