About Euchre: Card Game Euchre: Card Game is a digital version of Euchre, the four-player partnership trick-taking game played across the American Midwest. It uses the standard 24-card deck with right and left bower logic, supports going alone, and includes regional rule variants such as Stick the Dealer and Canadian Loner. Play solo against app-controlled partners and opponents, or with people nearby over the local network. Euchre: Card Game is built by Loud Unicorn LLC. 2. Who Can Use Euchre: Card Game Euchre: Card Game is suitable for general audiences aged 4 and older. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the app and agree to these Terms. 3. Permitted Uses - Play Euchre solo against app-controlled players - Host or join a nearby game with people on the same Wi-Fi network - Configure regional rule variants - Track your stats including loners, euchres, and marches 4. Prohibited Uses - Using an offensive, impersonating, or harassing display name - Exploiting bugs to manipulate scores or match outcomes - Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with the app - Automating or scripting interactions with the app - Sharing paid features with users who have not purchased them - Using the app in ways that violate Apple's App Store Guidelines 5. Nearby Multiplayer Nearby play uses Apple's MultipeerConnectivity framework to connect devices directly over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. All players must be on the same local network or within Bluetooth range. There is no internet multiplayer. Connection reliability depends on your network, and a player leaving mid-hand may end the game for everyone. 6. Euchre Pro Euchre: Card Game is a paid app with no advertising and no subscription. Optional one-time purchases unlock additional card deck styles. Pricing is shown before purchase and is charged through your Apple ID. Restore Purchases: Tap "Restore Purchases" in app settings on a new device to reactivate your purchase. Refunds: Handled by Apple. Contact Apple Support. We do not process refunds directly. 7. Apple's Standard EULA In addition to these Terms, your use of Euchre: Card Game is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ 8. User Content You are responsible for the content you add to Euchre: Card Game. You agree not to add content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend access if content violates these Terms. 9. Intellectual Property Euchre: Card Game, including its design, code, graphics, and user interface, is owned by Loud Unicorn LLC and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. 10. Disclaimer of Warranties Euchre: Card Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that: - Nearby multiplayer will connect reliably in every network environment - Local stats will be preserved indefinitely - The app is free from bugs or errors 11. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loud Unicorn LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of Euchre: Card Game. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $10 USD if you have paid nothing. 12. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Loud Unicorn LLC from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of Euchre: Card Game, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable law. 13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona, USA. 14. Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver Agreement to Arbitrate: You and Loud Unicorn LLC agree that any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of Euchre: Card Game (except intellectual property claims or requests for injunctive relief) will be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. Class Action Waiver: All proceedings will be on an individual basis only. Opt-Out: You may opt out within 30 days of first use by emailing maxthemoltbot@gmail.com with your name and a clear opt-out statement. 15. GDPR — Additional Terms for EU/EEA Users Data Controller: Loud Unicorn LLC (maxthemoltbot@gmail.com). Legal Basis: Contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b)) for core app functionality; consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for optional permissions. Your Rights: Access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object. Contact maxthemoltbot@gmail.com. Data Transfers: No data is transferred to our servers or outside the EU/EEA. Nearby play is device-to-device. Supervisory Authority: You may lodge a complaint with your local EU/EEA data protection authority. 16. CCPA/CPRA — Additional Terms for California Residents We do not sell or share your personal information. You have the right to know, delete, and correct. Contact maxthemoltbot@gmail.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising CCPA/CPRA rights. 17. Termination We reserve the right to suspend access to Euchre: Card Game if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Uninstalling removes all locally stored data. There is no server-side account to close. 18. Changes to These Terms Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance. 19.
