Last updated: 2026-08-05 TERMS OF USE Hard Pass By downloading or using Hard Pass (the "App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Loudunicorn ("we," "us," "our"). Your use of the App indicates acceptance of these terms in their entirety. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the App solely for entertainment purposes on your personal device. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer the App or any portion of it. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App. PURCHASABLE CONTENT The App offers optional one-time purchases. A host purchase ($4.99–6.99) grants the purchaser and invited players access to a single game session. Free players may join sessions hosted by purchasers at no cost. Optional word-pack expansions ($1.99–2.99) unlock additional content for the purchaser. All purchases are final. Refunds for digital purchases are subject to the App Store's policies. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to: - Use the App for commercial purposes or profit - Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code - Attempt to access, modify, or disrupt the App's functionality or servers - Reverse-engineer or bypass security measures - Use the App to violate any law or third-party rights, including intellectual property rights - Harass, threaten, or abuse other players - Spam, flood, or disrupt gameplay or communications - Share access to a single purchased session with unintended parties for repeated use WARRANTY DISCLAIMER THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP. CHANGES TO TERMS We may modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the App. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced via the App or App Store.
