If you do not accept these terms, do not use the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of any changes we make to these terms. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your own non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the App. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, transfer, or sublicense the App or any copy of it. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to use the App in any way that: Violates any applicable law or regulation; Infringes upon intellectual property rights or proprietary information of Loudunicorn or third parties; Harasses, defames, or causes harm to any person; Attempts to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems; Disrupts the normal operation of the App or its servers; Circumvents payment systems or access restrictions; Reverse engineers or attempts to extract source code; Uses the App for commercial purposes without authorization; Transmits viruses, malware, or harmful code; Collects or uses data from the App without permission. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS. USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOUDUNICORN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR IN-APP PURCHASES, IF ANY, OR TEN DOLLARS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the App. Your continued use of the App following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
