Terms of Service Last updated: April 16, 2026 1. What Motivational Quotes Does Motivational Quotes is an iOS app and home screen widget that displays motivational and inspirational quotes. You can browse quotes by category, save favorites for quick access, customize the widget appearance, and set your home screen to refresh with new quotes throughout the day. The full quote database is bundled with the app — no internet connection is required to read quotes. 2. Permitted Uses You may use Motivational Quotes to: • Browse and read motivational quotes by category • Save favorite quotes and revisit them in your Favorites collection • Customize and display the widget on your iOS home screen or lock screen • Share quotes with others via iOS share sheet • Purchase premium quote packs or customization options via in-app purchase 3. Prohibited Uses You may not: • Reproduce, redistribute, or sell the bundled quote database as a standalone product • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the app or widget • Automate or scrape quote content from the app by programmatic means • Remove or obscure any copyright or attribution notices in the app • Use the app for any unlawful purpose 4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases Motivational Quotes offers an optional Premium subscription that unlocks all features, including 30,000+ quotes, all themes, font styles, unlimited collections, multiple daily reminders, and additional widget options. Subscription options: • Premium Monthly — $2.99 USD per month • Premium Yearly — $9.99 USD per year Prices are in USD and may vary by country or region based on local App Store pricing. Your local price is shown at the time of purchase in the App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings at Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. All purchases are processed by Apple. To restore a previous subscription on a new device, use the "Restore Purchases" option in Settings. Quote Attribution Quotes in the app are sourced from public domain and widely attributed sources. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accurate attribution. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOUD UNICORN LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. 8.
