ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading, installing, or using NightFocus on your iOS device, you agree to be bound by these terms of use and any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not download or use the app. 2. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, and non-transferable license to use NightFocus solely on iOS devices that you own or control. This license permits personal use only and does not grant you ownership of the app. You may not sublicense, transfer, assign, loan, lease, or sell access to NightFocus to any third party. 3. PERMITTED USE You agree to use NightFocus only for your personal, non-commercial wind-down and sleep preparation purposes. Your use must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. You agree to use the app responsibly and ethically. 4. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the app's source code; modify, adapt, or create derivative works; use the app for commercial purposes; remove or alter proprietary notices; use the app to harass or harm others; interfere with the app's functionality or security; circumvent payment systems or access premium features without payment; use automated tools or scripts to interact with the app; share or resell access to premium features; or violate any applicable laws. 5. IN-APP PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS NightFocus offers optional premium features through in-app subscription purchases. Apple's App Store handles all billing. You are responsible for all charges incurred through your account. All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by Apple's policies or applicable law. 6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES NightFocus is provided on an "as-is" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will operate without errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities, or that it will meet your specific requirements. 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of NightFocus, including lost profits or data, even if advised of such damages' possibility. 8. CHANGES TO TERMS We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted within the app. Your continued use of NightFocus after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. 9.
