Terms of Service Last updated: April 24, 2026 1. About Oh Hell Oh Hell is a digital trick-taking card game for 2–6 players. At the start of each round, players bid exactly how many tricks they will win. Points are awarded only if a player wins exactly their bid — not more, not fewer. The number of cards dealt changes each round, keeping every hand unpredictable. 2. Who Can Use Oh Hell Oh Hell is intended for general audiences aged 4 and older. By downloading the app, you agree to use it in accordance with these Terms. 3. Permitted Uses - Play Oh Hell with friends and family in pass-and-play mode - Access included game modes and any unlocked content - Use the app on your personal Apple devices 4. Prohibited Uses - Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with the app - Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app - Using the app in any way that violates applicable law - Distributing, reselling, or sublicensing the app or its content 5. In-App Purchases Oh Hell may offer optional one-time purchases or premium content processed through Apple's App Store (StoreKit 2). Current pricing is displayed within the app and on the App Store product page. Purchases are processed by Apple. No refunds are issued except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy. The Restore Purchases feature is available to reactivate purchases on a new device. 6. Disclaimer of Warranties Oh Hell is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. 7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loud Unicorn LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of Oh Hell shall not exceed the amount you paid to Loud Unicorn LLC in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $10.00 USD, whichever is greater. 8. Intellectual Property Oh Hell, the Oh Hell name, logo, and all associated content are owned by Loud Unicorn LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Oh Hell on your personal Apple devices. 9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. 10.
