If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS These Terms of Use constitute a legal agreement between you and Loudunicorn, Inc. for the use of Old School Meme Photo Widget (the "App"). Your use of the App indicates your acceptance of all terms and conditions contained herein. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-commercial, and non-transferable license to use the App on your Apple device for your own personal enjoyment. You may not sublicense, rent, lease, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of the App. This license terminates automatically if you violate any provision of these Terms. PERMITTED AND PROHIBITED USES You may use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not: - Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App - Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App - Copy, duplicate, or create backups of the App except as permitted by law - Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the App - Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems - Resell, distribute, or commercially exploit the App or any content within it - Combine the App with other software or services to create derivative works for distribution SUBSCRIPTION AND PURCHASES The App offers optional in-app purchases for premium features including additional meme packs, Lock Screen widgets, favorites, custom refresh cadence, and no-repeat guarantees. Purchases are either one-time ($1.99) or annual subscriptions ($6.99/year). Purchases are subject to Apple's App Store terms. We are not responsible for billing disputes; contact Apple directly. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loudunicorn, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed one dollar. CHANGES TO TERMS We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
