Terms of Service

1. About OpenMicHere
OpenMicHere runs the sign-up list for an open mic. The host generates a code before the show, performers tap to sign up and tap again when they arrive, and the running order updates itself. Nobody has to shout names across a room or keep a paper list. OpenMicHere is built by Loud Unicorn LLC.
2. Who Can Use OpenMicHere
OpenMicHere is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the app and agree to these Terms.
3. Permitted Uses
- Create a show as a host and share the show code
- Sign up for a show as a performer and mark yourself as arrived
- View and reorder the running order as the host
- Run recurring shows on a venue plan
4. Prohibited Uses
- Signing another person up without their permission
- Using an offensive or impersonating performer name
- Sharing a show code publicly in a way that lets people disrupt a live show
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with the app
- Automating or scripting interactions with the app
- Sharing paid features with users who have not purchased them
- Using the app in ways that violate Apple's App Store Guidelines
5. Show Codes Are Not Private
Anyone who has a show code can join that show and see the performer list and running order. Codes are short by design so they can be read out or written on a whiteboard. Do not treat a show code as a secret and do not put anything private in the app.
6. Venue Plan
OpenMicHere is free for performers. An optional auto-renewing venue subscription adds recurring shows, larger sign-up lists, and host tools. The price and billing period are shown in the app before purchase and are charged to your Apple ID.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours prior to renewal.
Managing Subscriptions: Cancel anytime in iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future billing but does not refund the current period.
Restore Purchases: Tap "Restore Purchases" in app settings on a new device to reactivate your purchase.
Refunds: Handled by Apple. Contact Apple Support. We do not process refunds directly.
7. Apple's Standard EULA
In addition to these Terms, your use of OpenMicHere is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
8. User Content
You are responsible for the content you add to OpenMicHere. You agree not to add content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend access if content violates these Terms.

OpenMicHere, including its design, code, graphics, and user interface, is owned by Loud Unicorn LLC and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
OpenMicHere is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:
- CloudKit sync will be instantaneous or available
- The running order will be preserved if the host's device fails
- Any particular performer will get stage time
- The app is free from bugs or errors
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loud Unicorn LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of OpenMicHere.
