LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-commercial, and non-transferable license to download and use the App solely for your individual fitness planning purposes. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or sublicense this license to any third party. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to: (a) use the App for any commercial purpose or to resell its services; (b) access the App through unauthorized means or bypass access controls; (c) use the App to infringe upon intellectual property rights; (d) upload malware, viruses, or harmful code; (e) use the App to harass, threaten, or defame any person; (f) attempt unauthorized access to the App's systems or data; (g) interfere with the App's operation or functionality. HEALTH DISCLAIMER The App provides personalized workout recommendations based on your wearable and health data. The App is not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice. Consult a physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any fitness program, especially if you have existing health conditions. The App cannot diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions. You are solely responsible for your health decisions and any injuries or health outcomes resulting from use of the App. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SECURE. DATA PROCESSING ACCURACY IS NOT GUARANTEED. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
