If you do not agree, do not use the App. 2. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App on your device for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not sublicense, rent, lease, transfer, assign, or sell the App or access to it. 3. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to: - Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App - Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the App's source code - Use the App for commercial purposes or resale - Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices - Use the App to harass, threaten, or defame others - Violate any applicable laws or regulations - Bypass or circumvent any security or access controls - Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it 4. IN-APP PURCHASES The App offers optional in-app purchases (paywall). All purchases are non-refundable except as required by law. Pricing may change at any time. You are responsible for all charges associated with your account and device. 5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that calculations are error-free, that the App will operate uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected. 6. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App. 7. The App is a calculation aid; professional judgment and industry standards should guide all critical decisions. 8. TERMINATION We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms of Use or applicable laws, with or without notice. 9.
