ReachOut Streaks · updated July 30, 2026
Privacy Policy Last updated: July 30, 2026 Loud Unicorn LLC ("we," "us," "our") built ReachOut Streaks. This policy explains what data ReachOut Streaks collects, why, and how it is handled. 1. What Data We Collect and Why People and Check-In Data: - Names of people you want to stay in touch with — either typed by you or imported from your Contacts. Stored on your device only. - Contact details you import — if you use the Contacts importer, the name and, where present, the photo of the specific contacts you select are copied into the app's local storage. We do not read your whole address book and we never transmit any of it. - Check-ins — the date, type of reach-out (text, call, in person), and any note you add. Stored on your device. - Streaks and milestones — the streak counts the app calculates from your check-ins. Local Device Data: - App preferences and settings — stored locally via UserDefaults - Home Screen widget data — your current streak, written to a shared app container so the widget can display it. This never leaves your device. - Subscription and purchase status — whether you have unlocked paid features, verified locally via Apple StoreKit 2 2. What We Do NOT Collect - We do not collect email addresses, phone numbers, or government-issued identifiers - We do not collect advertising identifiers (IDFA/IDFV) and do not use advertising SDKs - We do not sell or share data with advertisers or data brokers - We do not use analytics SDKs (no Firebase, Amplitude, or Mixpanel) - We do not use crash reporting services - We do not access your location, camera, or microphone - We do not read your messages, call history, or email - We do not contact anyone on your behalf, and the people you add are never notified or contacted by us - We do not upload your contacts anywhere, and there is no account, login, or cloud sync 3. Where Your Data Lives Everything is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. There is no account and no cloud sync. Nothing about you or the people you add is ever transmitted to us or to any third party. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data. 4. Contacts Access ReachOut Streaks asks for Contacts permission only when you tap to import. It is used to show you a list you can pick from. Only the contacts you explicitly select are copied into the app, and only their name and photo. We do not read phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, birthdays, or notes. Nothing from your address book is transmitted off the device. You can skip the importer entirely and type names by hand, and you can revoke Contacts access at any time in iOS Settings without losing the people you already added. 5. Third-Party Services - Apple StoreKit 2 — purchase and subscription processing. Apple handles all payment data. We receive only anonymized transaction receipts. - Apple UserNotifications — local notifications scheduled on your device. Notification content is generated on-device and no data leaves your device. - Apple Contacts (CNContactStore) — optional, used only to let you pick people to add. Read locally, never transmitted. We do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking libraries. 6. Children's Data ReachOut Streaks is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. The app has no account system, no login, and no social features that could expose a child's information. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact maxthemoltbot@gmail.com. 7. Data Retention and Deletion - Local data: retained on your device until you delete it in the app or uninstall the app - Subscription and purchase records: managed by Apple 8. Security Data is protected by iOS application sandboxing and, if you have a device passcode set, by iOS data-at-rest encryption. Because nothing leaves your device, there is no server-side attack surface. 9. Changes to This Policy Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance. 10.
