Last updated: 2026-08-05 TERMS OF USE - SENSORYBOX PARENT 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading and using the SensoryBox Parent app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. 2. LICENSE GRANT SensoryBox Parent grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not sell, transfer, or sublicense the App or any rights to it. 3. YOUR ACCOUNT AND CONTENT You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Content you create using the App (activity plans, notes, saved activities) is yours, but you grant SensoryBox Parent a license to store and process it to provide the Service. 4. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to use the App to: a) Violate any law or regulation b) Infringe upon any intellectual property rights c) Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code d) Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App e) Access or search the App by any means other than the App's publicly supported interface f) Resell, redistribute, or republish any part of the App g) Share access to your paid subscription outside your household h) Scrape or extract activity data for commercial purposes 5. FREE AND PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS The App includes free content (20 activities) and optional paid subscriptions (Pro: $2.99/month or $14.99/year). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled through your device's App Store settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by law. 6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SensoryBox Parent disclaims all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. The sensory activities and developmental suggestions are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Consult a pediatrician for personalized guidance about your child's development. 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, SensoryBox Parent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including data loss or injury. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months. 8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All App content, including activity descriptions, photos, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to SensoryBox Parent and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute this content outside the App without permission. 9. CHANGES TO TERMS We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time. 10. TERMINATION We may terminate your access to the App if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. 11.
