If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. LICENSE GRANT Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, Loudunicorn Inc. grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-commercial, and non-transferable license to use the App on your iOS device for your own research and professional work purposes. This license does not permit you to sublicense, rent, lease, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of the App. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or trade secrets of the App. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT Your use of the App may require a paid subscription or credit purchase. By initiating a subscription or purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide according to the plan you select. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You are responsible for canceling your subscription through your App Store account settings. All sales are final; refunds are not provided except as required by law. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to: Use the App for any illegal purpose or to violate any applicable laws or regulations. Sell, distribute, or share access to the App with third parties without authorization. Use the App to generate output for resale or commercial redistribution, except as permitted by your subscription plan for agency use. Attempt to access or extract data from the App's systems, servers, or infrastructure. Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or algorithms. Remove or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Loudunicorn Inc. disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. Your use of the App is at your own risk. Loudunicorn Inc. does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any output, recommendations, or data generated by the App. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loudunicorn Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription or credit purchase in the preceding twelve months. CHANGES TO TERMS Loudunicorn Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
