Terms of Service Last updated: April 24, 2026 1. About ShowerPlay ShowerPlay is a party game app for baby and bridal showers. It runs trivia rounds, party challenges, and scoring from a single host device. The app is designed for groups and supports both baby shower and bridal shower game modes. 2. Who Can Use ShowerPlay ShowerPlay is intended for users aged 13 and older. By downloading the app, you agree to use it in accordance with these Terms. 3. Permitted Uses - Host ShowerPlay game sessions with your party guests - Access included game modes, challenges, and trivia content - Use the app on your personal Apple devices 4. Prohibited Uses - Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with the app - Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app - Using the app in any way that violates applicable law - Distributing, reselling, or sublicensing the app or its content 5. In-App Purchases ShowerPlay may offer optional one-time purchases or premium content processed through Apple's App Store (StoreKit 2). Current pricing is displayed within the app and on the App Store product page. Purchases are processed by Apple. No refunds are issued except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy. The Restore Purchases feature is available to reactivate purchases on a new device. 6. Content All trivia questions, challenges, and game content in ShowerPlay are provided for entertainment purposes only. Loud Unicorn LLC makes no representations about the accuracy of trivia content. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties ShowerPlay is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. 8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loud Unicorn LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of ShowerPlay shall not exceed the amount you paid to Loud Unicorn LLC in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $10.00 USD, whichever is greater. 9. Intellectual Property ShowerPlay, the ShowerPlay name, logo, and all associated content are owned by Loud Unicorn LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ShowerPlay on your personal Apple devices. 10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. 11.
