Last updated: 2026-08-09 TERMS OF USE — STICKYNAP NOTES 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading, installing, or using StickySnap Notes (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. 2. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-commercial, and non-transferable license to use the App solely for your personal note-taking and organizational purposes on your personal device. This license does not permit you to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or create derivative works of the App. You may not rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or transfer the App or any rights therein to any third party. 3. YOUR CONTENT You retain ownership of any text, notes, and handwritten content you create within the App ("Your Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store Your Content on your device for the purpose of providing the App's functionality. Your Content is stored locally on your device only and is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly choose to do so. 4. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: - Using the App to create, store, or distribute illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content - Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems - Interfering with or disrupting the functionality of the App or Apple's services - Attempting to reverse engineer, bypass, or circumvent any security features - Using the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our systems 5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. 6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP, IF ANY. 7. CHANGES TO TERMS We may update these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. 8.
