Terms of Service Last updated: April 24, 2026 1. About Sushi Go! Sushi Go! is a digital card-drafting game for 2–5 players. Each round, every player picks one card from their hand, places it face-down, then passes the remaining hand to the next player. All chosen cards are revealed simultaneously. After three rounds, the player with the highest total score wins. 2. Who Can Use Sushi Go! Sushi Go! is intended for general audiences aged 4 and older. By downloading the app, you agree to use it in accordance with these Terms. 3. Permitted Uses - Play Sushi Go! with friends and family in pass-and-play mode - Access included game modes and any unlocked content - Use the app on your personal Apple devices 4. Prohibited Uses - Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with the app - Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app - Using the app in any way that violates applicable law - Distributing, reselling, or sublicensing the app or its content 5. In-App Purchases Sushi Go! may offer optional one-time purchases or premium content processed through Apple's App Store (StoreKit 2). Current pricing is displayed within the app and on the App Store product page. Purchases are processed by Apple. No refunds are issued except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy. The Restore Purchases feature is available to reactivate purchases on a new device. 6. Disclaimer of Warranties Sushi Go! is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. 7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loud Unicorn LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of Sushi Go! shall not exceed the amount you paid to Loud Unicorn LLC in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $10.00 USD, whichever is greater. 8. Intellectual Property Sushi Go!, the Sushi Go! name, logo, and all associated content are owned by Loud Unicorn LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Sushi Go! on your personal Apple devices. 9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. 10.
