Last updated: 2026-08-17 VINTAGECAM TERMS OF USE By downloading, installing, or using VintageCam, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS These terms govern your use of VintageCam (the "App"). We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App means you accept any changes. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use VintageCam solely for your own photography and videography purposes. You may not: - Sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or transfer the App or your access to it - Use the App for commercial purposes, including selling photos or videos created with it - Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works of the App - Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code - Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice - Use the App to create content that violates others' rights PROHIBITED USES You agree not to use VintageCam to: - Create content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or harassing - Infringe on anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights - Bypass technical protections or security measures - Interfere with the App's operation or our servers - Use the App in any manner that could damage, overload, or disable it - Develop competing apps based on your access to VintageCam SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS VintageCam operates on a subscription or one-time purchase model with a paywall. By purchasing a subscription or access, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method. Refunds are governed by your app store's policies. We may modify pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Canceling your subscription through your device settings will stop future charges. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS. TERMINATION We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without notice, for violations of these terms or illegal conduct. Upon termination, your license ends and you must stop using the App. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
