Last updated: 2026-08-05 PRIVACY POLICY — ALARM APP OVERVIEW Alarm App Overview (the "App") is an alarm clock app that prioritizes your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what remains under your control. DATA COLLECTED AND ON-DEVICE STORAGE Alarm settings (times, labels, repeat patterns, sound choices) are stored entirely on your device. This data never leaves your iPhone or Apple Watch and is not transmitted to our servers. Dismissal mission progress and statistics are stored on-device. Your performance history, completed missions, and difficulty preferences remain local to your device. Custom sounds, themes, and personalization choices are stored on-device. Live Activity data used for the bedside view exists only on your device and is not transmitted. HEALTHKIT DATA If you grant permission, the App accesses your HealthKit sleep schedule data to calculate personalized wake windows for alarm timing. This data is read only on your device and is never sent to our servers. You control this permission and can revoke it at any time in Settings. DEVICE INFORMATION We do not collect device identifiers, location data, or device model information. The App does not track your usage patterns or send analytics to our servers. PAYMENT AND SUBSCRIPTIONS Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment method, billing address, or full transaction details. Apple manages your subscription or one-time purchase and your ability to manage or cancel subscriptions through your account settings. For subscription status verification, our servers receive a receipt token from Apple that confirms whether your account has active Pro access. This is strictly for feature delivery and does not include pricing information or payment details. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES The App uses Apple's native frameworks only: HealthKit (if enabled), WatchKit for Apple Watch integration, and ActivityKit for Live Activities. We do not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. The App contains no ads and does not support ads. APPLE WATCH The App syncs alarms and dismissal missions to your paired Apple Watch via iCloud or direct Bluetooth synchronization using Apple's native frameworks. This sync data does not pass through our servers; it is managed by Apple's iCloud infrastructure or your device-to-watch connection. CHANGES AND DATA DELETION If you uninstall the App, all local data (alarms, missions, statistics, preferences) is deleted from your device. Subscription or one-time purchase status can be managed through the App Store; we have no mechanism to delete App Store records. We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected with a new "Last updated" date, and we recommend reviewing it periodically. DATA RIGHTS You have full control over your data: - All alarm and mission data lives on your device - You can view, edit, or delete alarms directly in the App - You can revoke HealthKit permissions at any time - You can delete the App and all associated local data at any time - App Store handles your subscription data; contact Apple for App Store records We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing, or use it for purposes beyond delivering the features you use.
