Last updated: 2026-08-05 TERMS OF USE Alarm App Overview Terms of Use ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading, installing, or using Alarm App Overview (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to download and use the App solely for your personal alarm and accountability purposes on your compatible Apple device. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or share your license with any other party. You may not create derivative works, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App. You may not use the App for commercial purposes or to provide services to third parties. You may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices. SUBSCRIPTION AND PURCHASE TERMS The App offers three monetization options: (1) a free version with core alarms and one dismissal mission; (2) Pro subscription plans at $2.99 per month or $17.99 per year, including all missions, sleep-window wake, Watch integration, statistics, custom sounds, and themes; and (3) a one-time Pro purchase for $19.99. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your device settings. One-time purchases are non-refundable after completion. We may adjust subscription prices with notice, and new pricing applies to future subscriptions and renewals. PROHIBITED USES You may not use the App to threaten, harass, or harm others. You may not attempt unauthorized access to the App's systems or security features. You may not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute the App's code or content. You may not use the App in violation of applicable law or interfere with its normal operation. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR REVENUE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING YOUR CLAIM. CHANGES TO TERMS We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting them in the App or sending notice to your registered email address. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
