DATA WE COLLECT HealthKit Data: With your permission, LymphFlow accesses HealthKit to log your workout sessions, including duration and body measurements you record. This data originates from your iPhone and Apple Watch. You control which HealthKit data LymphFlow can access through iOS Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices. Routine Completion Data: When you complete a lymphatic drainage routine, the app records which routine you finished, the timestamp, and session duration. This data is stored locally on your device. Streak and Progress Tracking: The app tracks your daily streak, manual rest days, streak protection events, and progress metrics (total minutes completed, body region heatmap, measurement trends). All of this is stored locally on your device. Notification Preferences: If you enable daily reminders, we store your chosen reminder time and notification settings locally on your device only. Subscription Status: Your subscription status and purchase history are managed by Apple through App Store Connect. We do not store your payment information; Apple handles all payment processing securely. Audio and Guidance Logs: Audio guidance for iPhone and Apple Watch is delivered locally. The app does not log which sessions you listen to or create a history of audio content accessed. DATA STORAGE AND SYNCHRONIZATION Most of your data is stored exclusively on your iPhone and Apple Watch and does not leave your device. This includes your routine history, streak tracking, progress dashboard, heatmap data, and reminder preferences. If you enable iCloud Backup (an optional iOS feature you control), your local app data may be included in your encrypted iCloud backup. You can disable this or manage your backup in iOS Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Manage Storage. Your subscription and purchase information is managed by Apple's secure servers. We do not receive or retain your payment details. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES LymphFlow does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. The app uses only Apple's native frameworks (HealthKit, iOS notifications, and App Store receipt validation) to deliver core functionality. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA We use the data you provide to: - Deliver guided lymphatic drainage routines and session timers - Populate your progress dashboard and streak tracking - Sync HealthKit workouts for accurate logging and measurement tracking - Send you daily reminders at your chosen time (if enabled) - Validate and manage your subscription status We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. YOUR RIGHTS You can delete the app at any time, which removes all locally stored data from your device. You may also reset your data within the app settings. Your HealthKit data remains in HealthKit and is not deleted when you remove LymphFlow. You can manage HealthKit permissions at any time through iOS Settings. You can cancel your subscription at any time through iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > LymphFlow.
