If you do not agree, do not use the App. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Your use of the App constitutes your acceptance. If you are accessing the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms. LICENSE GRANT LymphFlow grants you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal wellness purposes only. You may not sublicense, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or create derivative works based on the App. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, or transfer the App to others. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to: (a) use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; (b) infringe upon intellectual property rights; (c) transmit malware or harmful code; (d) attempt unauthorized access to systems or data; (e) use the App to harass or harm others; (f) reverse engineer or attempt to discover source code; (g) remove or alter proprietary notices; (h) use the App for commercial purposes without authorization; (i) systematically scrape or extract App content. HEALTH DISCLAIMER The App provides guided lymphatic self-drainage routines for educational and wellness purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. LymphFlow is not a medical device. Consult a healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness routine, especially if you are post-surgical, pregnant, or have health conditions. You are solely responsible for determining suitability for your health status. LymphFlow shall not be liable for adverse effects from App use. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The App is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. LymphFlow does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, LymphFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if advised of such possibility. HEALTHKIT INTEGRATION The App may access HealthKit data with your explicit permission only. You control which health data is shared. LymphFlow will not sell or disclose your health data to third parties and uses it solely to log sessions as you permit. CHANGES TO TERMS LymphFlow reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modifications.
