This policy explains exactly what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. WHAT WE COLLECT Schedule and Activity Data: When you create daily schedules in the app, we collect the names, descriptions, order, timing, and sequencing of activities. We also collect information about which activities have been marked complete and when those completions occurred. Images: Custom images you upload to represent activities are stored on your device. These images are used only to display visual representations of activities within the app. Widget and Activity Status: The app collects information about which activity is currently designated as active in order to display it in the Lock Screen widget and Live Activity. Interaction Records: We collect basic data about when shortcuts are triggered, when activities are marked complete, and the timestamps of these interactions. iCloud Sync Data: If you enable iCloud sync to share routines between caregiver and child devices, your schedule and activity data is transmitted to and stored in Apple's iCloud service. WHAT STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE All schedule data, images, and activity history remain stored locally on your device by default. This data is not sent to AutiRoutine Visual's servers. You have full control over which data, if any, is synced via iCloud. WHAT IS SYNCED TO ICLOUD When you opt to enable iCloud sync, your schedule and activity data is synchronized to Apple's iCloud service and to other devices logged into your iCloud account. Apple encrypts this data in transit and at rest. We do not access, store, or retain copies of this synced data on our own servers. WHAT WE DON'T COLLECT We do not collect personal identifying information such as names, ages, addresses, or health and diagnostic information about the child using the app. We do not use third-party analytics, crash reporting, or behavioral tracking services. We do not integrate with advertising networks or tracking services. We do not sell, share, rent, or trade your data with third parties. NOTIFICATIONS The app includes a non-intrusive notification system for routine reminders. Notifications are generated and processed locally on your device. We do not log, store, or transmit notification data to our servers. CHILDREN AND FAMILIES This app is designed specifically for autistic children and their caregivers. We are intentional about minimizing data collection. We collect only what is necessary to create, manage, and display visual daily schedules. We do not track behavior, preferences, or developmental information. DATA SECURITY AND RETENTION Your data is protected by your device's built-in security. If you use iCloud sync, Apple's encryption protects your data in transit and at rest. We do not store personal data on external servers beyond what is required for iCloud synchronization, and we do not retain data longer than necessary to provide the app's features.
