If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AutiRoutine Visual on your personal devices for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not sublicense, distribute, sell, or otherwise transfer the app to any third party. You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the app. USE RESTRICTIONS You agree not to use AutiRoutine Visual for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, harm, or impair the app or our services. Prohibited uses include: attempting to gain unauthorized access; interfering with the app's operation; removing or obscuring any proprietary notices; using the app for any commercial purpose; collecting or using personal information without consent; or violating any applicable law or regulation. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER AutiRoutine Visual is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, functionality, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or harmful code. Your use of the app is at your sole risk. Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so this disclaimer may not apply to you in full. LIABILITY LIMITATION To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use AutiRoutine Visual, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or interrupted service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the past twelve months. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory, whether based on warranty, contract, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT AutiRoutine Visual offers paid features through in-app purchase subscriptions. You are responsible for all charges incurred through your Apple account. Apple's App Store terms and conditions govern all purchases and subscription management. CHANGES TO TERMS We may update these Terms of Use at any time.
