Loud Unicorn LLC ("we," "us," "our") built Bug Bluff. This policy explains exactly what data Bug Bluff collects, why, and how it is handled.
1. What Data We Collect and Why
Game Session Data (core app functionality):
- Game state — current player turn, cards in play, pass history, and round results. Stored locally on-device for the duration of a game session. Not transmitted to our servers.
- Player names — names or nicknames entered by players at game setup. Used to display scores and turns. Stored locally for the current session only.
- Game history — win/loss records and round counts per session. Stored locally using UserDefaults for in-app stats display.
App Usage Data:
- App open/close events and feature interaction data — collected in aggregate to understand how features are used and improve the app. This data is not linked to your identity.
- Crash reports and technical diagnostics — device model, iOS version, app version, and anonymized crash stack traces. Used exclusively for identifying and fixing bugs.
