Terms of Service Last updated: April 24, 2026 1. About Bug Bluff Bug Bluff is a digital bluffing card game inspired by Cockroach Poker. Players pass cards face-down and declare what they're passing — truthfully or not. Other players must call the bluff or pass the card on. Collect four of the same bug and you lose. The app supports 2–6 players on a single device (pass-and-play). 2. Who Can Use Bug Bluff Bug Bluff is intended for general audiences aged 4 and older. By downloading the app, you agree to use it in accordance with these Terms. 3. Permitted Uses - Play Bug Bluff with friends and family in pass-and-play mode - Access any unlocked game modes, themes, or content packs - Use the app on your personal Apple devices 4. Prohibited Uses - Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with the app - Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app - Using the app in any way that violates applicable law - Distributing, reselling, or sublicensing the app or its content 5. In-App Purchases Bug Bluff may offer optional one-time purchases or premium content processed through Apple's App Store (StoreKit 2). Current pricing is displayed within the app and on the App Store product page. Purchases are processed by Apple. No refunds are issued except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy. The Restore Purchases feature is available to reactivate purchases on a new device. 6. Disclaimer of Warranties Bug Bluff is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. 7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loud Unicorn LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of Bug Bluff shall not exceed the amount you paid to Loud Unicorn LLC in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $10.00 USD, whichever is greater. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. 8. Intellectual Property Bug Bluff, the Bug Bluff name, logo, and all associated content are owned by Loud Unicorn LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Bug Bluff on your personal Apple devices. 9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. 10.
