Last updated: 2026-08-05 TERMS OF USE ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading and using Bunco ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. LICENSE GRANT Bunco grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on your personal iOS devices for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The App and all content, features, and functionality including the Bunco game rules, design, graphics, and user interface are owned by Loudunicorn LLC, its licensors, or other providers of such material. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or modify any part of the App or its content without our prior written permission. PROHIBITED USES You may not: - Use the App for any commercial purpose or public display without authorization - Modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the App - Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App - Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels - Use the App in any way that violates applicable law - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems - Sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, or sublicense the App or access thereto - Use the App to harass, harm, or threaten any person COSMETIC PURCHASES Optional cosmetic packs (dice and table designs) may be purchased in-app for $1.99 each. These purchases are non-refundable except as required by law. Cosmetic items do not affect gameplay and do not grant competitive advantages. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LOUDUNICORN LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOUDUNICORN LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100. TERMINATION We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion without liability. CHANGES TO TERMS We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App following changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
