Privacy Policy Last updated: August 28, 2026 Loud Unicorn LLC ("we," "us," "our") built Cambio. This policy explains exactly what data Cambio collects, why, and how it is handled. 1. What Data We Collect and Why Game Session Data (core app functionality): - Player names — names or nicknames entered at game setup. Used to display scores and identify player turns. Stored locally for the current session only. - Game state: card positions, hand values, ability usage, and round scores. Stored locally on-device for the duration of a game session. In local or online multiplayer, game moves are exchanged only with the other players in your match; they are not stored on our servers. - Game Center identity (online multiplayer only): your Game Center display name is visible to the other players in your match. Matchmaking is handled by Apple's Game Center. - Game history — win/loss records and round results. Stored locally using UserDefaults for in-app stats display. App Usage Data: - App open/close events and feature interaction data: which game modes are started, when a round finishes, when a card theme is chosen, and when a purchase is started or completed. Collected in aggregate through Google Firebase Analytics and our own analytics endpoint, to understand how features are used and improve the app. Not linked to your identity, and never used to track you across other companies' apps or websites. - A randomly generated app instance identifier created by Firebase Analytics. It is reset if you reinstall the app and is not linked to your name, email, or Apple ID. - Bug reports: if you submit a bug report in the app, we receive the description you write plus device model, iOS version, and app version. Used exclusively to investigate and fix the issue. 2. What We Do NOT Collect - We do not collect your email address or phone number - We do not store game data on our servers - We do not use advertising SDKs or share data with ad networks - We do not track your location - We do not collect biometric data - We do not collect advertising identifiers such as IDFA or IDFV 3. Data Storage All game data is stored locally on your device. Cambio does not use cloud sync. Uninstalling the app permanently removes all locally stored data. 4. Third-Party Services - Apple App Store / StoreKit: in-app purchase processing (Apple's privacy policy applies) - RevenueCat: manages in-app purchase entitlements. RevenueCat receives purchase receipt data and a randomly generated anonymous app user ID. It does not receive your name, email, or Apple ID. See https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy - Apple Game Center: online matchmaking and player identity for online multiplayer (Apple's privacy policy applies) - Google Firebase Analytics (FirebaseAnalyticsWithoutAdIdSupport): aggregate feature usage. This build deliberately uses the variant of the SDK that does not collect the advertising identifier (IDFA). See https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy 5. Children's Data Cambio is a general-audience card game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Data Retention and Deletion Local data is stored on your device until you uninstall the app. Uninstalling Cambio permanently deletes all locally stored data. 7. Local game data stays on your device; multiplayer match data is exchanged only with the players in your match. 9. Changes to This Policy We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notice. Legal Basis for Processing Contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b)): Processing player names and game state is necessary to provide the Cambio game experience. Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): Processing aggregate, non-identifying feature usage analytics to maintain and improve the app. 3. Your Rights Under GDPR Right of Access (Art. 15): Your data is stored on your device — we do not hold copies on our servers.
