Terms of Service Last updated: April 24, 2026 1. About CABO CABO is a digital implementation of the CABO / Cambio card game for 2–4 players. At the start of each round, players secretly peek at two of their four cards. Players then take turns drawing cards and using special abilities (spy, swap, blind swap) to lower their hand total. When a player believes they have the lowest hand, they call "Cabo" — triggering a final round. The player with the lowest total wins. 2. Who Can Use CABO CABO is intended for general audiences aged 4 and older. By downloading the app, you agree to use it in accordance with these Terms. 3. Permitted Uses - Play CABO with friends and family in pass-and-play mode - Access included game modes and any unlocked content - Use the app on your personal Apple devices 4. Prohibited Uses - Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with the app - Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app - Using the app in any way that violates applicable law - Distributing, reselling, or sublicensing the app or its content 5. In-App Purchases CABO may offer optional one-time purchases or premium content processed through Apple's App Store (StoreKit 2). Current pricing is displayed within the app and on the App Store product page. Purchases are processed by Apple. No refunds are issued except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy. The Restore Purchases feature is available to reactivate purchases on a new device. 6. Disclaimer of Warranties CABO is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. 7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loud Unicorn LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of CABO shall not exceed the amount you paid to Loud Unicorn LLC in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $10.00 USD, whichever is greater. 8. Intellectual Property CABO, the CABO name, logo, and all associated content are owned by Loud Unicorn LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CABO on your personal Apple devices. 9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. 10.
