Last updated: 2026-08-05 CARTPACE TERMS OF USE 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading, installing, or using CartPace (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. 2. LICENSE GRANT CartPace grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your own private, non-commercial grocery shopping purposes. You may not sublicense, rent, lease, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercialize the App or any portion of it. 3. RESTRICTED USES You agree not to: (a) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or trade secrets of the App; (b) Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App; (c) Use the App for any commercial purpose, including selling access, reselling, or using it in a business operation; (d) Rent, lease, or lend the App to any third party; (e) Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the App; (f) Use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations; (g) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's servers, networks, or associated systems; (h) Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or CartPace's infrastructure. 4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CARTPACE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. CARTPACE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR ACCURATE. USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. 5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CARTPACE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF CARTPACE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. CARTPACE'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS. 6. CHANGES TO TERMS CartPace reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the App. Your continued use of the App following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use. 7.
