Last updated: 2026-08-26 TERMS OF USE CATGPT 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading and using CatGPT, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, do not use the app. CatGPT is operated by Loud Unicorn, Inc. Your use of the app constitutes your acceptance of these terms in their entirety. 2. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use CatGPT solely for your own entertainment purposes. You may not sublicense, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of the app or your access to it. You may not use the app for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party without our prior written consent. 3. YOUR CONTENT Any photos you upload from your device camera roll are used solely to create your cat's persona on your device. Photos are not stored on our servers unless you explicitly choose to back them up. You retain all rights to your photos and grant us a non-exclusive license to process them for the purpose of generating your cat's personality. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload any photos you share. 4. PROHIBITED USES You may not: (a) modify, adapt, or hack the app or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app; (c) use the app to create competing services; (d) remove or obscure any proprietary notices; (e) use the app for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law; (f) harass, abuse, or threaten any person or entity through the app; or (g) violate any local, state, or federal law. 5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES CatGPT is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The AI-generated responses from your cat persona are for entertainment only and do not represent actual animal communication. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. 6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loud Unicorn, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use CatGPT, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the preceding 12 months. 7. CHANGES TO TERMS We may modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting an updated version in the app. Continued use of CatGPT after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. 8. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law provisions. 9.
