If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this app. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use ChoreCoins Ledger on your personal iOS device. This license does not permit you to: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the app; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code; (c) rent, lease, or lend the app; (d) use the app for commercial purposes; or (e) transfer your license to any other person or entity. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to use ChoreCoins Ledger to: - Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right - Harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate any person - Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality or servers - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature - Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks - Use the app to track chores or payments for commercial purposes - Create fraudulent payment records or misrepresent balances - Circumvent any payment or paywall features DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES ChoreCoins Ledger is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We are not liable for any losses caused by internet outages, software bugs, data corruption, or device malfunctions. You are responsible for maintaining accurate records and verifying all payment amounts. ChoreCoins Ledger is not a bank account, financial institution, or money transmission service. Balances stored in the app are not insured. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lou Unicorn LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ChoreCoins Ledger, including lost profits, lost data, or lost savings, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the past twelve months. CHANGES TO TERMS We may modify these Terms of Use at any time.
