Last updated: 2026-08-05 TERMS OF USE ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading, installing, and using the CleanDone application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. LICENSE GRANT CleanDone grants you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the App on your iOS device. You may not sublicense, rent, lease, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of the App to any third party. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App. ACCOUNT AND SUBSCRIPTION Hosts may subscribe to CleanDone on a monthly or annual basis. Subscription plans include: $4.99/month for one property; $9.99/month for up to five properties; $19.99/month for up to twenty properties. Annual plans are available at thirty percent off monthly rates. Cleaner accounts are free. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. PROHIBITED USES You may not use the App to: (1) violate any laws or regulations; (2) harass, abuse, or threaten other users; (3) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; (4) upload malware or harmful code; (5) circumvent payment or access controls; (6) impersonate another person; (7) use the App for commercial purposes outside your own short-term rental operations; or (8) access the App through unauthorized means. CleanDone reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for prohibited use. USER RESPONSIBILITIES You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to promptly update information and notify us immediately of unauthorized access. You grant us license to use any photos you submit through the App for operational and customer support purposes. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. CleanDone disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Use of the App is at your sole risk. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY CleanDone's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim. In no event shall CleanDone be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. CHANGES TO TERMS CleanDone may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the App following posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.
