If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, do not use the App. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Use. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and we will update the "Last updated" date accordingly. Continued use of the App after any modifications means you accept and agree to the updated Terms. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not sell, rent, lease, trade, transfer, assign, sublicense, or otherwise dispose of the App or any rights therein. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or trade secrets of the App. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to use the App to: - Create, produce, distribute, or monetize content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent - Infringe upon any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights - Generate, produce, or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or violates any applicable law - Sell, license, distribute, or profit from content created with the App - Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any technical protection mechanisms or subscription validation systems - Use the App to harm, harass, threaten, or violate the privacy or rights of any person or entity DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE FROM DEFECTS. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Content created with the App is owned by you. By using the App, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce your content for purposes of developing, marketing, and improving the App. TERMINATION We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice.
