If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-commercial, and non-transferable license to use the App solely for your own private, educational, and entertainment purposes. You may not sublicense, transfer, assign, or share this license with any third party. All intellectual property rights in the App remain our property. ALTHOUGH THE APP FUNCTIONS OFFLINE, WE ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR DATA PRESERVATION OR RECOVERY.
