If you do not agree to all terms, do not use this app. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of ClubMeet after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. LICENSE GRANT Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ClubMeet for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not sublicense, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of the app or any rights to it. This license does not permit you to create derivative works or use ClubMeet for any commercial purpose without explicit written permission. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to: - Use ClubMeet for illegal purposes or in violation of any law or regulation - Abuse, harass, threaten, or defame any person or entity through the app - Post hateful, discriminatory, or abusive content based on protected characteristics - Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code or algorithms - Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality or servers - Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate ClubMeet - Violate others' intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights - Spam or send unsolicited messages to other users - Circumvent any payment, subscription, or access restrictions - Impersonate another person or create false accounts DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES ClubMeet is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or harmful components. Your use is at your sole risk. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use ClubMeet, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past twelve months, or $100, whichever is less. CHANGES TO TERMS We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the app. Your continued use after notification constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to updated terms, you must stop using ClubMeet.
