Last updated: 2026-08-04 TERMS OF USE 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading, installing, or using the Conquian / Coon Can app (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. 2. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely for your own entertainment purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer the App or any portion of it. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the App's source code. Your license terminates immediately if you violate any provision of these terms. 3. ACCOUNT AND PAYMENTS If the App includes in-app purchases or subscriptions, you agree to pay all fees charged to your account. All sales are final. We do not provide refunds except as required by law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 4. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to: - Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws - Harass, abuse, or harm others through the App - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or other users' accounts - Use bots, scripts, or automation to play the game or manipulate gameplay - Cheat, exploit bugs, or use third-party tools to gain unfair advantages - Reverse engineer, hack, or circumvent the App's security or payment mechanisms - Sell, trade, or transfer your account or in-game purchases - Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices 5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. 6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS. 7. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and posting the revised terms in the App. Your continued use of the App following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept any changes, you must stop using the App. 8. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 9.
