Last updated: 2026-08-05 TERMS OF USE ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading, installing, or using Coop Keeper Lite ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of modified terms. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal Apple devices solely for personal tracking of chicken health and egg production. You may not sublicense, rent, lease, transfer, assign, or otherwise share access to the App with third parties. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to: - Use the App for commercial purposes or resale - Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App - Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels - Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or overburden our servers or networks - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App - Use the App in violation of applicable laws or regulations LIMITED WARRANTY DISCLAIMER THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED, OR BE ERROR-FREE. BLUETOOTH CONNECTIVITY AND LOCAL NOTIFICATIONS DEPEND ON YOUR DEVICE CONFIGURATION AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, INCLUDING DATA LOSS OR FAILURE OF TRACKING RECORDS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO YOUR CLAIM. DATA AND PRIVACY All data you enter in the App is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your chicken tracking data to external servers. Your local data remains under your control. MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time. We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, though you retain access to data stored on your device.
