Last updated: 2026-08-05 TERMS OF USE — COVERIQ ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading, installing, or using the CoverIQ app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app. Loudunicorn LLC ("we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to refuse access to anyone who violates these terms. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CoverIQ solely for your own, individual, non-commercial purposes. You may not sublicense, resell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, or share access to the app or its content with any third party. This license terminates automatically if you violate these terms. USE OF THE APP CoverIQ is a tool designed to help you evaluate extended warranty offers at point of sale by analyzing receipt data and comparing coverage costs to appliance failure rates. The app relies on third-party data sources and historical industry information. Warranty recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and should not be construed as professional financial, legal, or insurance advice. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to: — Use the app for any commercial purpose or for resale — Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the app's source code or proprietary algorithms — Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices or labels — Use the app to circumvent or bypass any security measures — Access or use the app in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our systems — Scrape, harvest, or collect user data or app data without authorization — Use the app in violation of any applicable law or regulation — Transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful code WARRANTY DISCLAIMER THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WARRANTY RECOMMENDATIONS ARE ESTIMATES BASED ON HISTORICAL DATA AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED PREDICTIONS OF FUTURE APPLIANCE FAILURES OR COVERAGE OUTCOMES. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOUDUNICORN LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR ACCESS TO THE APP IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS. CHANGES TO TERMS We may modify these Terms of Use at any time.
