Last updated: 2026-08-05 TERMS OF USE — DARE OR FOLD ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading, installing, and using the Dare or Fold mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on your personal mobile device for your own enjoyment and that of other players invited by you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, rent, sublicense, or transfer the App or any portion of it. PAID CONTENT AND IN-APP PURCHASES The App is available for a one-time purchase of $4.99 to $6.99 per device, which grants the purchaser ("Host") the ability to host games. Other players may join games hosted by a purchaser at no cost. Optional expansion packs and word packs are available as in-app purchases at $1.99 to $2.99 each. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to: - Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws - Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App - Use the App to harass, threaten, abuse, or defame any person - Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code - Reproduce, duplicate, or copy App content without permission - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems - Resell, redistribute, or transfer access to the App to third parties WARRANTY DISCLAIMER THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. CHANGES TO TERMS We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised terms means you accept and agree to the changes.
