Last updated: 2026-08-05 OPENSLOW TERMS OF USE ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By downloading, installing, or using the OpenSlow app (the "App"), you accept these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree, do not use the App. OpenSlow ("we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not sublicense, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of the App or any rights to use it. This license terminates immediately upon your breach of these terms or upon our request. PROHIBITED USES You agree not to: - Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App - Use the App in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right - Interfere with, interrupt, or disrupt the App's functionality or servers - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, your account, or other users' accounts - Abuse or exploit the App to harm others, including spreading malware or phishing - Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices or labels - Use automated means to access, monitor, or copy the App's content without permission - Resell, redistribute, or rent access to the App FREE AND PAID FEATURES OpenSlow is offered on a freemium basis. Some features are available free; others require purchase. Free access may be suspended if abuse is detected. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date through your device's app store settings. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND TITLE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. CHANGES TO TERMS We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes become effective when posted to the App or via email notification. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
